Ed Surma Photography accepts cash, check, or PayPal as payment. Credit/debit cards are not accepted at this time (but will be in the future).
50% down payment due at least 48 hours before the photo session.
Allow for one rescheduling. If unable to appear for the rescheduled session, down payment is not refunded.
Remaining payment due when final photographs are delivered.
For short sessions, up to 10 digital photographs will be delivered at end of session, as long as the customer allows time for any final edits of the photos. These photos will be delivered electronically via email, Apple AirDrop, thumb drive, or DVD.
For long sessions, up to 10 digital photographs will be delivered end of session, as long as the customer allows time for any final edits of the photos. These photos will be delivered electronically via email, Apple AirDrop, thumb drive, or DVD. The remaining photos will be delivered within at most 7 days of the scheduled photo shoot.
Creative Editing will take up to 7 days.
All photographs not accepted, or not paid for, will be permanently deleted.
